On the concept of “trauma dumping”: Content/Trigger warnings are a courtesy. The nature of my work is very emotionally raw and visceral. I don’t necessarily describe physical abuses in detail. Still, I do reference my experiences of trauma, including, but not limited to: sexual assault (including as a minor), body dysmorphia, weight stigma, disordered eating, emotional neglect, disability, racism, homophobia, gendered violence, online stalking, and bullying.

In my polyamorous journey, I’ve had many painful heartbreaks. In 2024, I was cyberstalked and bullied by a woman who would go on to marry the man we dated simultaneously. She is a cis het white woman. She refused to believe that was relevant, but her behaviors would be seen as absolutely toxic and manipulative by someone of any other demographic. This letter is incredibly brutal as I wrote it about a month out from my breakup with him.
